Emotional Coping For Pregnancy And Postpartum

Anna Barlage, LMFT, PLLC

Have you done all the reading and classes to prepare yourself for birth, but are still feeling anxious, uncertain or overwhelmed with the emotional impact of it all?

Or maybe you have a sense you are in need of some additional focus on your emotional well being but reading and pinteresting alone just aren't cutting it.

Then this group is for you! We will spent an evening together taking a closer look at how and why emotions are impacted during pregnancy and the postpartum period, engaging in self reflection, and then will go hands on creating a "toolbox" you can fill with affirmation cards, permission slips, an essential oil rollerball and a new perspective on yourself. Women in any stage of pregnancy are welcome, regardless of how many kids you may have had prior.

Cost: $50 supplies included

Offered quarterly at BirthED in Downtown Hopkins
