If you pregnant following a loss of any kind, and need extra support, here are some options are for you, organized by area of the metro! It may be good to check a couple of different areas, to find the closest location(s) to you.

Pregnancy After Loss Support Group

The first and third Monday evening of each month.  5-6:30pm.   No charge–open group–start and complete when you choose.  Focus on connecting with this baby–work on relaxation techniques and strategies to be able to do so.  Contact:  Annette Klein RN  United Hospital. Subsequent Pregnancy After Loss Support Group

Pregnancy After Loss Support (PALS) -

PALS is a community support resource for women experiencing the confusing and conflicting emotions of grief mixed with joy during the journey through pregnancy after loss. PALS offers an online magazine and 11 moderated online peer-to-peer support groups for the mom pregnant again after loss.  Find Us on Facebook or if you have questions please email us at info@pregnancyafterlosssupport.com.


Star Legacy Foundation

Monday 7:30 pm, led by Joann O'Leary. Online support groups for or families who have experienced a perinatal loss and for individuals experiencing a pregnancy after a loss. Groups are held via HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing and facilitated by trained health professionals. Registration required for first session.
