Anna was a therapist before she was a mother and had no idea she would one day end up a specialist in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. She works with PMADs, eating disorders, trauma and relationship concerns. She has a practice in Long Lake.

Mira is a passionate therapist serving individuals through their journey into parenthood. Mira uses a trauma-informed lens in her specialty areas of treating PMADs, parent-infant attachment, traumatic birth, NICU and antepartum admissions, complex medical diagnoses, and infant & perinatal loss. Mira has been a PPSM volunteer since 2019.

Alise joined the PPSM Board with a passion for engaging professionals in continuing to pursue proficiency in serving the perinatal population. As a psychologist, Alise has a background in working with infertility and pregnancy loss and all of the challenges that come with that experience. Alise is the co-founder of Vayda Mental Health Collaborative in Coon Rapids, MN.

Joy is a postpartum doula and the owner of Joy the Village Doula, LLC. She is a survivor of severe postpartum depression, a wife and mother of two children. Engaging with babies, birth folks, partners and siblings to build a holistic family approach to postpartum support is her purpose.
