About My Work:

One of my favorite ways to care for families is cooking them delicious, fulfilling meals in their postpartum. I believe food is not just fuel; food is about love, community, joy, healing, and connection. How we nourish ourselves in times of transition like postpartum has a large impact on how we feel throughout and how our bodies heal. Through my trauma-informed, Health At Every Size practice, I bring a listening, compassionate presence and help parents feel calm, confident, and supported in their postpartum experience. As a bodyworker, I love giving physical support to help relax and soothe the body if parents want that kind of care, from focused massage to infant massage. At the heart of my work, I want to help families set a foundation of connection in postpartum and gently guide people to find trust and home in their own bodies, holding space and compassion for themselves and the world around.
