This training will help professionals understand how childhood sexual trauma can impact pregnancy, birthing individuals, and the perinatal period.  The trainer will define the subtle cues and symptoms that will assist professionals in understanding and supporting perinatal people through this potentially triggering life transition.  This training is intended for Ob-Gynsmidwives, doulas, therapists, and other trained professionals who are interested in the area of perinatal mental and physical health to learn more about the impacts of childhood sexual trauma and how we can help make pregnant people’s transitions into parenthood less triggering and more restorative and empowering.

There is no cost for PPSM Perinatal Specialist (Paid) Members (Just click on the RSVP button under tickets). Cost is $50 for Non-Members. If you are interested in Membership details, visit our Membership page.
