“This is truly my life’s work and I find great joy in helping parents cultivate knowledge and reconnect with their instincts during pregnancy and postpartum.”

Lindsey Fontaine

Postpartum Doula, Lactation Counselor

After the birth of my first child in the Spring of 2018, I experienced a major shift in perspective and developed an immense appreciation for the work it takes to be a parent. I very quickly realized that supporting families as they welcome their own children into the world was the calling I had been waiting to present itself.
This is truly my life’s work and I find great joy in helping parents cultivate knowledge and reconnect with their instincts during pregnancy and postpartum. I love seeing families find their own rhythm and gain confidence during our time together. If you are struggling in any way, please know that you are not alone and there is help for you.

About My Work:

The most valuable thing I offer as a postpartum doula is a compassionate listening ear. I serve as a sounding board, completely free of judgement. Being a parent can be challenging but having someone to talk to about it is something everyone deserves.
When I’m not supporting families, you can find me exploring outside with my family, working on a craft project, trying new recipes in my kitchen, or on my couch reading a book. My goal is to help families gain confidence and be someone you can always turn to; enabling the entire family unit to thrive as a whole.
